About the Changing Room

The Changing Room with hypnotherapy is a symbol of how I work with the subconscious part of the mind, that controls your automatic reactions and actions.

Since birth, this part of the mind, has been storing information, creating and reinforcing our beliefs and our sense of self which includes habits, fears etc.

The subconscious is not designed to easily update or change information already stored, even if the new information is more beneficial. 

 

I use different techniques designed to work directly with the subconscious mind, away from conscious thought. I will guide you into creating your own Changing Room within your subconscious mind, giving you the freedom to let go of beliefs that no longer serve you. From feeling stuck to unstoppable, I use a powerful blend of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, EFT and goal setting methodologies.
